Rule:-
Active voice → Passive voice
Subject → Object
Verb → 3rd form of verb + By
Do not change the tense of the sentence.
Use being for continuous tense in passive voice.
Use been for perfect tense in passive voice.
Use be after modal verb in passive voice.
Use be after will for future simple tense in passive voice.
Imperative Sentences
State I
Active voice = 1st form of verb + Object
Passive voice = Let + Object + be + 3rd form of verb
for negative sentence
Passive voice = Let + not + Object + be + 3rd form of verb
Or
Passive voice = Let + Object + not + be + 3rd form of verb
Ex.
Active voice: Sing a song.
Passive voice: Let a song be sung.
Negative passive voice: Let not a song be sung.
Or
Negative passive voice: Let a song not be sung.
State II
Active voice = 1st form of verb + Object
Passive voice = You are ordered/requested/advised/suggested + to + 1st form of verb + Object
Ex.
Active voice: Sing a song.
Passive voice: Your are ordered to sing a song
Negative Passive voice: You are ordered not to sing a song.
If Imperative Sentences start with "Let".
Active voice: Let+indirect object+1st form of verb+direct object
Passive voice: Let+direct object+be=3rd form of verb+by+indirect obj.
Ex.
Active voice: Let me know your name.
Passive voice: Let your name be known by me.
For moral suggestion, Object+should+be+3rd form of verb
Ex.
Active voice: Help the helpless.
Passive voice: The helpless should be helped.
It is also right If you write it as "You are advised to help the helpless."
In interrogative sentences,

Ans: A novel is read by him.
He does not cook food.
