A) PRESENT TENSE
a) Present Simple (indefinite) Tense
For habits
I eat mango.
She eats fish.
She drinks tea in the evening.
He watches T.V. regularly.
Riya walks in the morning.
Krish eats rice in dinner.
For repeated actions
We go to Manali every new year.
I drive my car every sunday.
He watches a movie every monday.
She goes to market every friday.
She makes a trip every saturday.
For general truths
Water boils at 100°C.
The earth revolves around the sun.
For fixed arrangements
His mother arrives tomorrow.
Our holiday starts on 20th march.
b) Present Continuous Tense
यह बोलते समय होने वाली गतिविधि को संदर्भित करता है|
I am eating mango.
She is going to school.
He is drinking water.
She is brushing her teeth.
He is walking in the park.
I am going to market.
He is playing football.
He is driving his car.
She is studying.
She is preparing for board exam.
You are running.
We are singing.
She is singing a sad song.
You are doing your homework.
I am studying in class 10th.
I am making dinner.
For future plans and arrangements
We are going to America next week.
She is not coming for presentation on friday.
Note : Wanting, Hoping are stative verb and present continuous tense only with action verb not with stative verb.
c) Present Perfect Tense
For recent past situation has effect on present.
I have eaten mango.
She has made dinner.
He has played football.
I have drink tea.
She has sung a sad song.
He has completed his homework.
She has gone to market.
We have completed our goal.
You have done your work.
She has washed her clothes.
He has watched T.V.
d) Present Perfect Continuous Tense
Trick : Action is going on with time.
Use Since with point of time (in 1999/ 5 am).
Use For with duration of time (2 hours/ 8 O'clock).
I have been eating mango for an hour.
We have been working since 8 am.
She has been waiting for 2 hours.
I have been walking for an hour.
He has been singing a song for 30 minutes.
Siya has been doing her homework for two hours.
B) PAST TENSE
a) Past Simple Tense
For completed actions
I ate mango.
She made dinner.
He played football.
You completed your homework.
I sang a song.
We went to the park.
b) Past Continuous Tense
I was eating mango.
She was making dinner.
He was playing football.
We were going to the park.
Rina was drinking tea.
Sahil was watching movie.
c) Past Perfect Tense
I had eaten mango.
She had made dinner.
He had played football.
We had gone to the park.
Rina had drunk tea.
Sonal had watched movie.
d) Past Perfect Continuous Tense
I had been eating mango for an hour.
She had been making dinner for 2 hours.
He had been playing football since 6 pm.
We had been going to the park for 30 minutes.
Radha had been drinking tea for five minutes.
Koshal had been watching movie for 4 hours.
C) FUTURE TENSE
a) Simple Tense
I will eat mango.
She will make dinner.

b) Future Continuous Tense

She will have been making dinner for 2 hours.
