Ideal time to wake-up : Early morning 4:00 am is right time to wake-up. Children should be encouraged to wake-up between 5:00 to 5:30 am.
Benefits of early rising : Early morning hours are best time to study. You will see whatever you read at this time saves in your mind for a longer time. Rise early morning is good for health. The concentration is highest level at this time, so a person can finish his work in less time. Early morning hours are best for exercise. A person can make a healthy body by following a healthy routine. An early riser gets to breath pure air and feels the beauty of nature. Every cell of body, are fill with pure or fresh oxygen supply.
Positive outlook : When you wake-up early morning. You will be more peaceful, quiet and joyful inside. It has been seen that people who sleep early and wake-up early, carries a positive outlook towards life.
