Types of Games and Sports : There are main two types of games and sports such as indoor and outdoor games. Indoor games are ludo, card, chess, table tennis, carrom, board games etc. Outdoor games and sports are swimming, football, hockey, cricket, kho-kho, running etc.

Physical advantages : Games and sports play a major role in keeping a person fit and fine. It increases the blood flow in entire body. So, this helps in keeping heart in the best condition. Games and sports are very necessary for our physical fitness. Only bookies knowledge would not lead to proper development of a personality.
Mental health : Games like chess, card increase the mental health of a person. So, a person can increase their mental health by playing games and sports. So games and sports also play an important role in mental health.
Built stamina : Game and sports like football, cricket, hockey, swimming built a stamina of a person. As all these games require a lot of running, the stamina of a person can automatically increases. Therefore a person can work for a long time without getting tired.
Relieves mind stress : Games and sports can bring a change to you day-to-day routine. Games and sports can boost of energy and happiness.
Steps of government : For the development of sport, the government has set-up the ministry of sports. This ministry organizes sports competition at regional, state and national level. By selecting the best player on the basis of sports, they arrange for their training.
Conclusion : Games and sports give us an opportunity to grow. It is a good exercise which makes us physically strong and increses our strength. Regular sports activities make us active and lead to good health. Daily sport activities can change our personality. It also helps to become healthy person.
